We play at Parliament Hill, on the eastern edge of Hampstead Heath, where we share facilities with the bowls club. The lawn is at the east end of Parliament Hill Fields, which is by the tennis courts and near the cafe.
Tube & Train
Our nearest station is Gospel Oak, which is on the London Overground line. Turn left out of the station and walk along Gordon House Road and onto the Heath through the Lido car park. Proceed along the service road to the right of the Lido, passing Parliament Hill and William Ellis schools on your right. At the cross roads turn right, the bowls lawn on which we play will be on your left opposite some tennis courts.
Our nearest tube is Kentish Town which is on the Northern Line, High Barnet Branch, and also Thameslink. The club is a 15 minute walk north up Highgate Road. When you reach Parliament Hill Fields, you will see tennis courts on the left. At that point, walk along the service road which runs between the tennis courts and the lawn is on the right. Alternatively the 88 and 214 buses run from outside Kentish Town station (from stop KF) – see below for more detail.
Bus
Our nearest bus services are the C11, 88 and 214 which stop on Highgate Road two minutes from the lawn. Alight at the Parliament Hill Fields (stop GH), just north of the tennis courts, and enter the Heath along the service road which runs between the tennis courts. The bowls lawn on which we play will be on your right immediately after the tennis courts.
Car
Use the Lido Car Park and follow the directions from Gospel Oak station. There is also limited parking on Highgate Road and some side streets where a part-time CPZ is in force.
